Earlier today, Kim Yo-chen, the powerful sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, said Pyongyang's tactical missiles were only aimed at deterring South Korean military aggression. She denied allegations that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was exporting these weapons.
