The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense (GRU MO) on Ukraine is directly involved in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.
This was stated by the director of the FSB of Russia, Alexander Bortnikov, at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Security Services and Special Services of the CIS countries, which opened in Bishkek.
„The investigation continues, but we can now say with confidence that Ukrainian military intelligence is directly connected to this attack,” said the head of the FSB, quoted by TASS.
„I want to assure that all the circumstances of the crime will be established and none of those involved will escape punishment,”, he stressed.
