The so-called “peace formula“ of Volodymyr Zelensky is an unrealistic ultimatum to Russia and Moscow has no reason to discuss it, said the first deputy permanent representative to the UN Dmitry Polyansky in an interview with RIA Novosti.
„The only platform that the regime in Kiev is ready to discuss with other countries is the so-called Zelensky formula, which is completely unrealistic and based on wishful thinking, the idea that Ukraine is capable of defeating Russia,” he said Polyansky.
As the diplomat noted, such a framing of the issue is “some kind of ultimatum and there is absolutely no reason in the world for anyone to discuss it”.
