The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konakovic called "a jingle of nonsense" the statement of the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik that an agreement on peaceful separation will be offered to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina by the end of June, the Klix portal reported, quoted by BTA.
"While they are spouting nonsense about separation, they are about to "separate“ the citizens of (...) Republika Srpska of 2 billion convertible marks standing in the air", Konaković said.
They will be deprived of the opportunity to integrate the market into the EU market, they will be deprived of investments and salary increases, and they will be in debt to one of the banks, Konakovic wrote on social networks.
At its meeting yesterday, the Republika Srpska government decided to form a working group to prepare a peaceful separation agreement to be offered to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Muslim-Croat Federation) by the end of June. The announced agreement on the peaceful separation of Republika Srpska from Bosnia and Herzegovina is in response to the resolution on Srebrenica, which was adopted by the UN General Assembly on May 23 with 84 votes in favor.
