Russia has attacked Ukraine with more than 2,400 guided bombs this year month of June, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced today in his traditional evening video address to the nation, quoted by Reuters, writes BTA.
He specified that about 700 were thrown only against the city of Kharkiv, the second largest in Ukraine.
In addition, Zelensky called on his Western allies to deliver the promised packages of military aid "without delay, so that the agreements reached with (US) President Biden can be implemented.
Zelensky and Biden signed a ten-year bilateral security agreement late last week on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Italy.
