New survey: most Ukrainians support starting negotiations with Putin

44% of Ukrainians believe that the time has come to start peace talks between Ukraine and Russia. The relevant data from the study were published by the Razumkov Center. by order of ZN.UA.

35% of Ukrainians answered that the time has not yet come to start negotiations with Russia. Another 21% have not decided.

The publication also notes regional results. For example, in the western regions of Ukraine, 35% of respondents supported the start of negotiations with the Russian Federation. In Eastern Ukraine, 33% want to start negotiations. While in the southern regions this figure reaches 60%.

83% of Ukrainians answered that they would never agree to the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Also, 84% answered that they would not agree to these territories being officially handed over to the aggressor. Another 77% are against lifting all sanctions from Russia.
