The US has received in recent weeks of intelligence from an unnamed source about a possible Iranian plot to assassinate former US President Donald Trump, CNN reported today, citing its informed sources, BTA writes.
According to CNN, there is no indication that the 20-year-old who tried to kill Trump on Saturday was connected to the plot.
