Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will visit three African countries next week in an attempt to increase support for Kiev's position in its war against Russia, the Ukrainian ministry said, quoted by Reuters, writes BTA.

Kuleba will visit Malawi, Zambia and Mauritius between August 4 and 8. This will be the foreign minister's fourth diplomatic tour to Africa in the last two years.

„All meetings will be aimed at developing bilateral relations based on mutual respect and interests. Among the key topics will be the participation of African countries in global efforts to restore a just peace for Ukraine and the world, the ministry said in a statement.

A number of African countries participated in the Ukraine peace conference held in Switzerland in June. Most of them were reluctant to join the West's efforts to isolate Russia, which is an important supplier of energy and goods.

Kuleba will also discuss the supply of Ukrainian grain to the region and the participation of African companies in the reconstruction of Ukraine, the ministry added.
