President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said today that Turkey's position regarding support for the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine remains unchanged, reports Anadolu Agency.
Erdoğan sent a video message to the participants of the Crimean Platform Summit opening in Kyiv.
The return of Crimea to Ukraine is a requirement of international law, Erdogan also said.
We sincerely hope that the war in Ukraine will end with the achievement of a just and lasting peace based on the preservation of the country's territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence, the Turkish head of state said.
