Ukrainian troops have been ordered to withdraw from the town of Ugledar in eastern Ukraine to avoid being surrounded by Russian forces, Reuters reported referred to the Ukrainian command.
"High command authorized a maneuver to withdraw units from Ugledar in order to preserve servicemen and military equipment and take up positions for further action," the command said in a statement.
