US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said today that the next few days will determine whether Russian President Vladimir Putin is serious about peace in Ukraine, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
In an interview with CBS, he also said that he discussed what he called the difficult working conditions of the US Embassy in Moscow when he spoke with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a recent phone call.
