North Korea has fired multiple unidentified ballistic missiles towards the Yellow Sea, the South Korean Yonhap news agency reported, citing information from the South Korean Armed Forces, BTA reports.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff of the South Korean Armed Forces reported that the launch was carried out from North Hwangha Province at 1:50 a.m. local time. No further details have been released yet.
The command added that it has increased surveillance and is maintaining full readiness in close cooperation with the US Armed Forces.
