US President Donald Trump asked "not to forget" that the crisis in Ukraine is "Biden's war", and he only wants to stop it.
He stated this to reporters on board his plane.
The head of the US administration also announced his plans to impose tariffs on semiconductors next week.
"I will announce it next week", he told reporters.
