Ukraine to discuss ways to achieve "complete and unconditional ceasefire" in London as a first step towards peace, Reuters and Agence France-Presse reported, citing a statement on social media by the head of the Ukrainian presidential office Andriy Yermak, BTA reported.

Yermak said he had arrived in London earlier today with Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov to "meet with American and European mediators", despite the announcement by the British Foreign Office that the planned ministerial-level meeting had been postponed.

Earlier today, the Foreign Office announced that the London ministerial-level meeting on the war in Ukraine had been postponed and that the talks would instead take place at the level of advisers.

"Despite everything, we will work for peace," Yermak wrote on the "Telegram" platform. "The path to peace is not easy, but Ukraine has always been and remains committed to peace efforts," he stressed, assuring that today's discussions should focus on "ways to achieve a full and unconditional ceasefire."

The Kremlin announced that there were "many nuances" surrounding the negotiations to find a solution to end the war in Ukraine and that the positions of the different parties had yet to converge, Reuters reported, BTA reports.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia was continuing its dialogue with the United States on the possible achievement of an agreement, but had not made contact with Europe or Ukraine.

"The United States is continuing its mediation efforts (for Ukraine) and, of course, we welcome these mediation efforts. In addition, we are continuing our contacts – "I say it again, but, of course, there are still many nuances around the conditions that need to be discussed - where it is necessary to converge positions," Peskov said, quoted by TASS.

Russian President Vladimir Putin remains open to talks with all parties, the Kremlin spokesman added.
