A pickup truck and tourist van collided on a highway near "Yellowstone" National Park in the US, dariknews.bg reported.
Seven people were killed and eight were injured, the Associated Press reported, citing local police.
Authorities have not yet said what caused the crash. Both vehicles caught fire, according to a press release from the Idaho State Police. The driver of the "Dodge Ram" pickup truck was killed and six people in the passenger van "Mercedes".
The van was carrying a tour group of 14 people and the surviving passengers were taken to hospitals with injuries, a police spokesman said.
Idaho State Police said officers were still notifying the next of kin of the dead and injured, so they would not yet release their names, ages and nationalities.
