Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic was admitted to the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade today after having to cut short his visit to the US, reports TANJUG, BTA reports.
Vucic was welcomed at the hospital by Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar and Dr. Dragan Dincic.
Earlier today, it was reported that the Serbian president felt unwell during his visit to the US yesterday afternoon, local time. After seeking medical attention and consulting with a medical professional, he made the decision to return to Serbia.
Vucic was scheduled to attend the Republican National Committee and hold a number of meetings with American Republicans. He previously said he was also expected to meet with US President Donald Trump.
