Russia launched a short-range ballistic missile "Iskander-M" against Ukrainian forces that had earlier used a HIMARS missile system to attack the Kursk region in Russia. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry, quoted by RIA Novosti.
Kursk regional governor Alexander Khinshtein indicated yesterday that three people were injured in a Ukrainian missile attack on a hotel in the city of Rylsk.
Earlier it became clear that Russia launched 108 drones into Ukraine overnight, with Ukrainian air defenses shooting down 55 of them.
