Several London Underground lines were temporarily suspended due to a power outage, the London Transport Authority announced, quoted by the Associated Press, BTA reported.
The authority specified to the Press Association that a power outage in South London for several minutes led to disruptions in the operation of the underground railway.
Two subway lines were suspended, and three others experienced serious delays and partial traffic closures.
There is no information yet on the scale and cause of the power outage.
