Two Russian TU-95M strategic bombers carried out a planned flight over international waters in the Barents Sea, which borders Norway, Reuters and the Russian state news agency TASS reported.
The country's Defense Ministry said the bombers were escorted by aircraft belonging to an unnamed foreign country for part of the flight, which lasted more than four hours.
