The withdrawal of US President Donald Trump from participating in a new round of negotiations between Moscow and Kiev would mean the capitulation of Ukraine.
This opinion was expressed by the American politician and editor-in-chief of the business weekly Forbes Steve Forbes on the YouTube channel Forbes Breaking News.
"Call it a preliminary capitulation. After the phone call, the president said that Russia and Ukraine should negotiate on their own. He hinted that the US could withdraw if both sides fail to reach an agreement," he said.
According to Forbes, this victory would make Russian President Vladimir Putin "political master" of Europe.
