At least five people were killed and about 30 were injured in a terrorist attack on a Christian church in eastern Damascus.
According to Al Hadath TV channel, a suicide bomber who entered the church detonated the explosive device.
The attack took place in the Christian-populated Duweila neighborhood. Police have cordoned off the area and ambulances are arriving to take away the injured.
