Employees of territorial recruitment centers (TRCs, similar to a military commissariat) are mobilizing soldiers returned to Ukraine from Russian captivity for the Ukrainian armed forces, Russian security services told TASS.
The case of the mobilization of Maidan activist Andrey Kolomiets was given as an example.
„This is not the first case when soldiers returned from captivity are being remobilized in Ukraine in violation of the Geneva Convention. This happens regularly“, the agency's interlocutor said.
