US President Donald Trump could theoretically transfer $5 billion of frozen Russian assets in the US to Ukraine, the CBS television company reported, citing its sources.
At the same time, the television company notes that neither the current head of the White House nor his predecessor in the highest state post, Joe Biden, have resorted to such a measure.
Earlier, CBS reportedthat Trump, for the first time since the beginning of his new presidential term, is considering the possibility of allocating additional funds for military support to Ukraine.
