Moscow is now conducting direct negotiations with Kiev, albeit with the mediation of Washington. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, answering a question from TASS, Focus reports.
"We are conducting direct negotiations with representatives of the Kiev regime", he stated. "Here we are talking about direct negotiations. However, which are being carried out with the mediation efforts of the United States". Peskov did not provide further details.
