A tourist boat capsized during a storm in Vietnam, killing at least 28 people, world agencies reported, quoted by BTA.
There were 53 people on the boat. The tragedy took place in Ha Long Bay.
12 people were rescued. Among them was a 14-year-old boy who remained in the water for four hours. The remaining passengers are being searched for. Among them were a total of 20 children.
Ha Long Bay is a popular tourist destination in Vietnam.
