Russia is concerned about the militarization of Germany, said the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
She emphasized that Moscow never had plans to attack the countries of the European Union and NATO.
"This is propaganda, lies, nonsense, mythology", Zakharova was categorical.
Meanwhile, speaking about Ukraine, the spokeswoman pointed out that the encouragement of "adventures" of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky "only exacerbates the catastrophic deterioration of European security".
She made her statement after Romanian officials said earlier that four Ukrainian military aircraft had entered the country's airspace.
Yesterday, the German government approved a bill aimed at speeding up procedures for military procurement and the construction of Bundeswehr bases, as part of a major reform to strengthen the defense capabilities of the country and its allies. The decision is part of a broader effort to respond to Russia's more aggressive policies, especially after its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
