At least 11 people were injured in a Russian drone attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, local authorities reported on Friday, quoted by DPA and BTA.
A drone hit a residential building, breaking windows. Five of the injured have been hospitalized, regional governor Oleg Sinegubov wrote on Telegram, quoted by DPA.
Residents of Kharkiv and the surrounding area, which borders Russia, live in constant fear because of ongoing Russian attacks. On Friday, authorities said, a 75-year-old woman was killed and two men were injured in another attack.
Ukraine has been defending itself against Russia for more than three years. The conflict has caused widespread destruction and claimed many lives, DPA notes.
The governor of Russia's Belgorod region said on Friday that two men had been killed in a Ukrainian drone attack in Belgorod, DPA also reported.
According to the information, an 18-year-old and another man were walking towards a bus stop when they were fatally hit by a drone.
