Iran and the US have not yet reached the stage when they can hold nuclear talks with the expectation of results, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said, quoted by Reuters, writes BTA.
"Negotiations with the US must take place at the appropriate time. Every negotiation phase has its time, the "moment must be ripe" for dialogue to make sense," Araghchi told Iranian state media.
"In my opinion, we have not yet reached the stage when negotiations with the US can be truly effective," he added.
