Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić invited the protesting students to a public debate about the future of the country with a video message on Instagram, saying that he would speak in front of TV cameras with three or four representatives of their movement, regardless of whether they are students, teachers or citizens, reports Tanjug, quoted by FOCUS.
In a post on the Instagram account of buducnostsrbijeav, Vučić pointed out that Serbia should solve its problems through democratic dialogue, not through violence.
“I invite the representatives of the blockade movement to a conversation and a public debate about visions, to discuss our plans and programs for the future and all together to condemn the violence on our streets,“ said President Vučić in a video posted on Instagram.
