The US Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg has arrived in Kiev. This was reported by Censor.NET, quoted by Focus.
Kellogg is currently taking part in celebrations marking the 34th anniversary of Ukraine's independence.
A Reuters journalist previously reported that the US envoy will arrive in the Ukrainian capital on August 23.
