Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the time has come to organize negotiations between leaders on key priorities and deadlines for security guarantees, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
"Military commanders, defense ministers and security advisers - we are preparing the components of future security at different levels. We are accelerating the process of specifying the details," Zelensky wrote in "Ex".
The president of Ukraine also said that due to Russian attacks last night, over 100,000 consumers in three regions were left without electricity.
"Unfortunately, energy facilities were hit. The attack led to a power outage in Poltava, Sumy and Chernihiv regions," he added.
