The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani said that the path to negotiations with the United States is not closed. He criticized the Americans for "only supporting negotiations in words, but not sitting at the negotiating table", the Iranian news agency IRNA reported, quoted by BTA.

"The path to negotiations with the US is not closed. But the Americans only support negotiations in words and not sitting at the negotiating table, and for this they unfairly blame Iran! We really strive for rational negotiations," Larijani wrote on the social network "Ex".

"By raising unrealistic issues such as missile restrictions, they are setting up obstacles that make negotiations impossible," he added.
