The European Commission intends to propose the 19th package of anti-Russian sanctions to EU countries for consideration by September 12, Reuters reported, citing its sources.
It also said that two banks of Central Asian countries and a number of regional banks of the Russian Federation would be included in the blacklist.
Earlier, Bloomberg reported that the European Commission is considering the possibility of introducing secondary sanctions against Kazakhstan as part of this package.
