Germany and France insist that the 19th package of sanctions against Russia over its war against Ukraine include the oil giant "Lukoil".
This was reported by Agence France-Presse, quoted by BNR, citing diplomats from the European Union.
The 19th package in question is expected to be announced on Friday, after being coordinated with the United States.
The joint proposal by Berlin and Paris also envisages sanctions against refineries involved in the import of Russian oil products into the European Union.
