Ukrainian army hits important oil pipeline in Saratov region

Earlier, a source of RBC-Ukraine in Ukrainian intelligence reported an explosion of two pipes of the main gas pipeline early Tuesday morning in the Penza region

As a result of an explosion in the Saratov region, the main oil pipeline "Kuibyshev - Lysychansk" was taken out of service, the publications "RBC-Ukraine" and "Suspilne" reported, citing sources in the Main Intelligence Directorate.

The Ukrainian military and special services have not officially reported an attack on the oil pipeline. Russian authorities have not commented on the reports.

Earlier, a source from Ukrainian intelligence told RBC-Ukraine that two pipes of the main gas pipeline had exploded early Tuesday morning in the Penza region.

The Ukrainian military and special services, as in the case of the explosion in Saratov, did not make official statements on this issue, and there were no confirmations or denials from the Russian side.
