The sharp BMW M2 coupe will become even more extreme. The new CS (ClubSport) modification of the sports car is being prepared. It will be released on the market in 2025 and will be produced in a limited series. Details were published by the British publication Autocar.
The new BMW M2 CS is currently being tested in the Arctic Circle. The car is covered in camouflage foil, but you can see a more aggressive front design, as well as a new aerodynamic bodykit, rear spoiler and new wheels. As with all BMW M2s, the fenders have been seriously widened.
It is known that the coupe will become lighter due to carbon parts. The interior of the BMW M2 CS has not yet been revealed. By analogy with the BMW M2 CS of the previous generation, carbon fiber and Alcantara are expected to appear in the cabin, and sports seats will also be installed.
The power of the 3.0-liter turbo six will increase and may reach 500 horsepower. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h will take about 4 seconds, and the maximum speed will be 280-290 km/h. In addition, the suspension of the BMW M2 will be modified and larger brakes will be installed. The price of the BMW M2 CS is expected to exceed 100,000 euros.
