The new Honda e:NP2 and e:NS2 were unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show. The new electric crossovers will go on sale in June this year at a price of $22,000 to $24,900.
Details of these low-cost EVs have been revealed on Honda's official website. According to the manufacturer, the Honda e:NS2 and e:NP2 electric cars are essentially two versions of the same model. They will be manufactured at Dongfeng Honda and GAC Honda respectively.
Crossovers Honda e:NP2 and e:NS2 differ only in the design of their front part and especially in the headlights. They have a "sliced" design and impress with a beveled rear part of the roof and hidden rear door handles. Honda e:NP2 and e:NS2 dimensions are:
length - 4788 mm;
width - 1838 mm;
height - 1570 mm;
wheelbase - 2735 mm;
mass - 1775 kg.
In the interior of the Honda e:NS2 and e:NP2, there is a narrow digital instrument panel and a large 12.8-inch touchscreen, and there is also an additional data projection on the windshield. The new Honda e:NP2 and e:NS2 are equipped with a 204 horsepower engine on the front axle and a battery with a capacity of 68 kWh. They are able to develop 160 km/h and travel 545 km without recharging.
