The new budget model from Dacia is already in development, but what exactly it will look like is still a mystery. Various rumors have appeared, according to which the car will be a Skoda Octavia-style liftback, a lifted station wagon type allroad, etc.
Now, well-known digital designer Avarvarii gives us a new direction to think about. It is clear that the upcoming Dacia will be positioned above the Sandero and company and will actually be in the C segment, but what type of body will it be. According to Avarvarii, it will be a standard hatchback, which means that the new Romanian car will go head-to-head against the VW Golf.
The artist gives us his take on what the new Dacia N-Neo (the car is also known as C-Neo on the web) might look like. However, these are only assumptions, and the only thing that is certain is that the company is preparing a car that will become a cheap competitor to Skoda Octavia, VW Golf and Opel Astra.
The new Dacia C-Neo may appear in 2026 or even earlier. The novelty will inherit the visual style from other Dacia models, but according to early data, it will be a liftback with a body length of about 4.6 m. There is also information that the model will be available in sedan and station wagon body styles.
Now, as already mentioned, it is assumed that Dacia can also prepare a traditional hatchback. It is clear that the new Dacia C-Neo model will combine a spacious interior, modern technologies and a low price.
The car will be built within an affordable architecture for budget models. This will enable uniformity of details and make the car cheaper than its direct competitors, such as the VW Golf, Peugeot 308, etc.
