A street race in the US ended in a massive crash that cost a lot of money. Eight expensive sports cars were damaged in it, and the good thing is that drivers and passengers were unharmed. This is reported by the site Autoevolution.
The accident happened on a highway in the American state of Georgia, not far from Atlanta. A group of sports car owners go to the launch of the exclusive Caffeine and Octane cars.
On the way, the drivers of the supercars decide to organize a kind of race. Witnesses to the accident reported that the cars maneuvered aggressively through traffic, with other road users being forced to move to the far right lane to avoid the danger.
Judging by the video from the scene of the accident, one of the cars lost control at high speed. This is the reason for the accident, as the drivers did not keep their distance.
As a result of the accident, three Dodge Challenger cars, several Ford Mustangs, as well as a BMW 3 Series, an Infiniti Q60 and a Toyota Supra were damaged.
Every car's condition is different, but they all require repairs. Air bags deployed in some cars, but none of the drivers or passengers were seriously injured.
