Managers of a car dealership in Bochum are believed to have sold a large number of luxury cars worth more than €5 million to Russia, despite sanctions in force against the aggressor country.
According to the customs investigation office in Essen and the prosecutor's office in Bochum, the dealers pretended that the cars were legally exported to third countries, even though they were actually delivered to Russia.
