The Chinese car giant BYD has strengthened its position in the European market with the opening of the first representative office in Poland. Located in the country's capital, Warsaw, the new showroom marks an important milestone in BYD's strategy to expand its presence on the continent.
The showroom, which opened its doors on August 6, is a joint project of BYD and Cichy-Zasada, the largest group of car dealers in Poland. In May, the Chinese electric car manufacturer announced a gradual entry into the Polish market with the Seal, Dolphin and Seal U models, known in China as the Song Plus EV.
Currently, all three models are already presented on the BYD Poland website. The company has ambitious plans to further strengthen its position in Poland, with additional offices planned in major cities such as Poznan, Wrocław, Krakow and Szczecin.
