The range of the updated electric crossover Dacia Spring 2025 was supplemented by the commercial version Cargo. The van was unveiled in the UK and will go on sale by the end of the year at a price of £14,995 (€???).
Outwardly, the new Dacia Spring Cargo does not differ from the standard model, which we tested some time ago and our impressions of which you can see HERE. On the Spring Cargo, even the rear windows are left on. The main changes happen inside.
The rear seats have been removed from the cabin, creating a 1,085 liter boot. The load capacity of the Dacia Spring Cargo is 370 kg. The driver and the passenger next to him are separated from the cargo space by a metal partition.
The Dacia Spring Cargo electric car is well equipped - it has air conditioning, a rear view camera, a 10-inch touchscreen, cruise control and many other extras that are included in the standard equipment.
The van is based on the Dacia Spring Extreme and features a more powerful 65 horsepower electric motor. It can accelerate to 100 km/h in 13.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 125 km/h.
The battery has a capacity of 26.8 kWh and provides a range of 225 km. Interestingly, it has a fast charging mode, which can charge up to 80% in just 45 minutes.
As you know, the Dacia Spring electric car is the European version of the Renault City K-ZE model. Both electric cars are made in China and are based on the Renault Kwid petrol crossover.
