The Volvo EX30 electric car will receive an off-road version, which will traditionally be called Cross Country. It will be officially presented in the summer of this year, but the crossover has already been spotted during tests in Sweden.
The new Volvo EX30 Cross Country is being tested in serious snow, but interestingly, it is without the usual camouflage. Externally, the car differs little from the pre-production version, which was demonstrated during the presentation of the Volvo EX30 in 2023, and perhaps for this reason the Swedes did not resort to camouflage foil.
The Volvo EX30 Cross Country crossover receives a protective plastic body kit and special 18-inch wheels with off-road tires. Its front part is distinguished by black decor, and a roof rack is mounted. The ground clearance of the electric vehicle has been increased, and protection has been added to the bottom of the car.
The interior of the Volvo EX30 Cross Country is not shown, but it is expected that there will be differences inside related to the new decoration. Other changes to the multimedia system and basic instruments are not expected.
The Volvo EX30 Cross Country electric car will be available in a four-wheel drive version with a dual-motor setup with a power of 428 hp and a battery with a capacity of 69 kWh. The mileage will exceed 400 km.
The new Volvo EX30 Cross Country will be more expensive than the standard model with 428 horsepower, but the Swedish brand claims that prices will remain relatively affordable. In our country, the base price of the standard version starts at 79,900 leva.
