Fiat remains the most successful brand in the Stellantis portfolio, ending 2024 with sales of 1.2 million vehicles. Despite an 11% drop compared to the previous year, the Italian brand remains the best-seller in the Stellantis portfolio.
Its popularity remains high in key markets such as Brazil, Italy, Turkey and Algeria. The brand is particularly successful in Brazil, where over 520,000 cars were sold, which is 43% of Fiat's total sales.
However, Fiat faced challenges in Europe. Due to weak demand, production of the electric Fiat 500 was temporarily suspended, indicating the need to adapt to the specifics of the market.
In North America, Fiat sales remain low, with only 1,528 vehicles sold for the entire year of 2024. Despite regional difficulties, Fiat remains the leader in the mass-market segment among the Stellantis brands.
Its success in global markets shows potential for further development, although future growth will require greater attention to adapting products to the needs of regional consumers, especially in Europe and North America.
