The monthly statistics for new car sales in Europe show an interesting trend. In February of this year, according to the analytical agency JATO Dynamics, 966,300 cars were registered on the Old Continent, which is 3% less than the same month last year.
The main reason for this decline is the decrease in sales in key markets such as Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Ireland. Therefore, since the beginning of the year the decline is 2% (1,962,850 units).
Once again, the favorite is the Dacia Sandero, followed by the French Citroën C3, Renault Clio and Peugeot 208. The long-standing European bestseller VW Golf is in fifth position. Here are the rest of the TOP 10.
