The price of silver futures for delivery in December 2025 on the Comex exchange (a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange) rose above $45 per troy ounce for the first time since May 3, 2011, according to data from the trading platform.
At noon Bulgarian time, the price of the precious metal rose by 1.68% to $45.01 per troy ounce, then accelerated to $45.13 per ounce (an increase of 1.95%).
Meanwhile, gold futures for delivery in December 2025 on the Comex exchange were at a price of 3 790.8 USD (up 0.63%).
