With the arrival of the holiday season and the celebration of the global initiative “Generous Tuesday”, A1 makes donating through My A1 even more convenient.
The possibility of donating through Select services is now visible on the home page of the application through a special banner that allows customers to support a chosen cause with just a few clicks.
The donation functionality was launched in September and since then hundreds of subscribers have been donating regularly. In the spirit of “Generous Tuesday”, which we are celebrating today, A1 once again reminds of how easy and convenient it is to donate through the platform – without the need for additional registrations, bank transfers or special applications.
Each client can activate a free position in Select services, through which A1 donates 5 leva (2.56 euros) per month to the chosen cause. Users have the opportunity to choose to donate 5, 10 or 15 leva (2.56 / 5.11 / 7.67 euros) per month in addition to the free positions they have. Donations are charged to the monthly invoice excluding VAT, and clients can change the cause, amount or terminate their participation at any time.
Clients can support the initiatives of five proven organizations: “For Good“, “WWF Bulgaria“, “Together in an Hour“, “SOS Children's Villages Bulgaria“ and “Four Paws“. Donations are processed by the BCause Foundation – campaign partner and national coordinator of the “Generous Tuesday“ movement, which guarantees full transparency and accountability.

If the banner is not displayed, the application needs to be updated to the latest version. Donation is also available through the web version of the platform – at any time and from any device.
Although donor activity traditionally increases in December and around “Giving Tuesday“, the opportunity to donate through My A1 is unlimited and remains available year-round. This way, everyone can support a cause that is important to them whenever they decide.
