„We believe that the real reserves could be significantly higher and the country could become one of the three or four largest world powers in this area“, said Venezuelan Ambassador to Russia Jesús Rafael Salazar Velázquez.
„The vision of our acting President Delcy Rodriguez is to become an oil and gas power again, as we were before the absurd blockades imposed on our oil industry“, the diplomat added.
At the same time, the ambassador noted that the United States does not dictate Venezuela's foreign policy. “This is determined by our constitution and our authorities.
