The continuation of the conflict in the Middle East threatens to raise oil prices above $100 and even up to $200 per barrel by the end of 2026. This was stated by the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, at a briefing.
„According to experts, with a 30-day supply cut, the price of oil could stabilize at $76 by the end of the year. With a two-month supply cut, the price could reach $93 per barrel. If the conflict drags on, a further rise, even above $150 or $200 per barrel,“ cannot be ruled out,“ she said.
