Residents of the capital's "Gorublyane" neighborhood are protesting, demanding the resignation of the deputy mayor for the "Public Construction" department, Nikola Lyutov. The citizens blocked traffic on Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd.
Ambulances and public transport buses are being missed.
The reason for the requested resignation is failure to fulfill official duties - completing the sewage system in "Gorublyane", designing the boulevards in the detailed development plan of the neighborhood, building the "Gorublyane Sports Park" and the "Shindra Playground", protesters explained.
